Antique Appraisal

The Friends of the Rockingham Library are pleased that Ron Patch will be returning to the Library March 1st for an appraisal evening starting at 6:00P.M. Ron has hosted these evenings before for the Friends and everyone always learns interesting facts about the family treasures they bring. The suggested donation is $3.00 per item and no more than 3 items per person. Contact Ellen Allman 463-5129 if you have any questions.

Friends Fundraiser

The Friends of the Rockingham Library are pleased to have our tote bags available at the library. The Friends Board decided to sell tote bags with a picture of the library as an ongoing fundraiser. If you missed buying one for all your hard to please relatives during the holidays, think birthdays. The bags are great for carrying your books or taking your lunch to work in. You can purchase one of these great bags for $10. All funds raised by the Friends are used to purchase items for the library or pay for programs that are not in the library's budget.

Plant Sale

The Friends of the Library are planning for their 2007 plant sale Saturday May 26th 9-12. Come and buy plants for your home or yard. Last year there were many house plants as well as shrubs and plants for the yard. Do you always start to many seeds and end up with more tomato plants than you need or have too many spider plants but can't stand to throw out a good plant? We accept donations. If you have plants that you would like to donate for the sale call Ellen Allman 463-5129 to arrange for pick-up or delivery.
